Chai City was born from a childhood memory.
Back home, whenever I fell sick, my mother would prepare chai with ginger and spices — but since I never liked taking raw spices directly, she would blend them into my tea so it still tasted delicious. That memory stayed with me.
When I moved to Canada, I searched everywhere for that same flavour — the balance, the aroma, the warmth, the comfort. Nothing tasted like mom’s hand. So I started creating my own blends, inspired by the recipes and love I grew up with, and refined them into consistent, high-quality instant chai premixes that anyone can enjoy.
